origins of pillow cotton
We used to stuff our pillows with cotton from the Kapok tree (Ceiba pentandra).
The cotton is quite tough in quality and feel. Such cotton is not used for facial cotton and towel.


Balls of cotton are released by explosion. Some pods that fail to release the cotton, fall to the ground after awhile.

I missed the to watch the cotton showers again.
